- Bookings must be made in advance on the App or via website ONLY.
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this MVG Extreme Rates midweek accommodation campaign.
- Any person who has been issued with a Banning order or who is self-excluded or who fall into category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This Gaming Extreme package is open to all Sun MVG members who purchase the Gaming Extreme selected days accommodation and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- There will be an annual price increase for the Gaming Extreme room rates from 1st December.
- The initiative will run until 31 July 2024.
- Rooms are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
- Rates are quoted per room, per stay subject to availability and fluctuation. Blackout rates may apply. These rates apply to new reservations only.
- Room bookings are limited to 2 rooms per valid card holder with a maximum of 3 consecutive days of stay in a row.
- Sibaya Lodge -This offer is based on a Double room only, if available. Rate/Booking code to be quoted on reservation request. Sun International will not accept responsibility of an incorrect rate or booking code applied to reservations if these have not been requested upon booking. Rates designated as double are applicable to two adults sharing a room, while rates designated as single under the same heading are applicable to a single adult occupying a room.
- Sun City - This offer is based on a standard twin, king or family room, if available. Rate/Booking code to be quoted on reservation request. Sun International will not accept responsibility of an incorrect rate or booking code applied to reservations if these have not been requested upon booking. Rates designated as double are applicable to two adults sharing a room, while rates designated as single under the same heading are applicable to a single adult occupying a room.
- Guest must positively identify themselves by producing the following when signing for receipt of their prizes.For South African citizens: a valid SA ID book/ ID card or a valid SA driver’s license on check in. For Non- South African citizens / foreign nationals: a valid passport or government issued refugee permit on check in.
- Sun International reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any adjustment to the rate and to VAT levied or any levies imposed by the government or levied by any other body.
- Cancellation or modification of this reservation within seven (7) days prior to arrival will result in 100% penalty fee of the first nights’ accommodation. Check in time is 14h00 and check out time is 11h00.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
